One PDF file · up to 300 MB each
This tool runs entirely inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded, never stored, and never seen by anyone but you.
Four ways to split a PDF
- Extract pages — click the pages you want and get a single new PDF containing exactly those, in page order.
- Split by ranges — type
1-3, 4-8, 9-to get three separate files. The colour bar on each page shows which file it will land in. - Every N pages — cut a long report into equal parts.
- One file per page — useful for scanned batches where each sheet is a separate document.
Do the previews mean my file was uploaded?
No. The thumbnails are drawn by your own browser from the file on your disk, one page at a time as you scroll. Nothing is sent anywhere, and the previews are discarded when you leave the page.
What happens to the original?
Nothing — it is never modified. Each output is a fresh document built from copies of the pages you chose, keeping their text, images, links and annotations intact.
Limits
One file at a time, up to 300 MB. Splitting into more than a few hundred files works but the download arrives as a single zip archive.
